Full Facility Rental – Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall

St. Luke AME Church offers the use of its Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall for approved worship services, ceremonies, and gatherings.

The standard rental includes four hours of facility use. Additional hours are available at the applicable hourly rate.

A cleaning fee and refundable security deposit are required. All rental requests are subject to church approval, availability, and compliance with the Facility Rental Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.

All events must conclude by 10:00 PM.

Fellowship Hall Rental – Non-Members

St. Luke AME Church welcomes individuals and organizations to use our Fellowship Hall for approved gatherings, receptions, meetings, and special events that align with the church's mission and values.

Rental Details:

• Rental Rate: $400 for a four-hour block
• Additional Hours: $75 per hour
• Required Cleaning Fee: $150 per event
• Refundable Security Deposit: $200
• Maximum Capacity: 375 guests (auditorium seating) or 250 guests (banquet seating)

Additional Information:

• Kitchen use must be requested in advance and approved by the church. Additional fees may apply.
• Additional equipment and personnel services are available upon request for an additional fee.
• All events must conclude by 10:00 PM.
• Four weeks' advance notice is recommended.
• All rental requests are subject to availability, church approval, and compliance with the Facility Rental Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.

Reservation Requirements:

A reservation is not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid. The remaining balance is charged seven days before the event.

The refundable security deposit is subject to inspection following the event and may be applied toward damages, excessive cleaning, or time overages.

St. Luke AME Church offers the use of its Sanctuary to non-members for approved weddings, ceremonies, funerals, and other gatherings consistent with the church’s mission, values, and Christian standards.

Rental Details

• Four-Hour Rental: $400
• Additional Hours: $75 per hour
• Required Cleaning Fee: $150 (nonrefundable)
• Refundable Security Deposit: $200
• Total Four-Hour Rental: $750

Reservation Requirements

• All reservations are subject to availability and church approval. A signed Rental Agreement and required security deposit are necessary to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due seven days before the scheduled event.
• The security deposit is refundable following inspection, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or time overages.
• All events must conclude by 10:00 PM. Four weeks’ advance notice is recommended.
• Proof of insurance is required in accordance with the church’s Facility Rental Policy.
• Additional fees may apply for requested equipment or personnel, including musicians, sound technicians, and ushers.

Multipurpose Room Rental – Non-Members

St. Luke AME Church offers its Multipurpose Room for approved meetings, small gatherings, educational activities, and community events that align with the church’s mission and values.

All rental requests are subject to availability, church approval, and compliance with the Facility Rental Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.

Additional fees may apply for cleaning, equipment, or other requested services. A refundable security deposit may also be required in accordance with church policy.

All events must conclude by 10:00 PM.

Funeral & Repast – Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall



This package includes use of the church sanctuary for a funeral or memorial service and the Fellowship Hall for a repast held on the same day. Families are responsible for providing their own caterer. Additional equipment, personnel, and services may be subject to separate fees. All reservations are subject to church approval and facility availability.
